Argus pares 5c

Argus pared five cents of its gains this week to send The Royal Gazette / Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Index slightly lower yesterday.
The insurer and pension provider fell 0.7 percent on the trading of 2,000 shares to close on $6.90, but still managed a 20-cent rise for the week.
No other stock changed value although there was active trading in Butterfield Bank, which closed unchanged on $4 as 12,318 shares changed hands.
LOM Holdings Ltd. also stayed put on $3.75, as 6,300 shares traded.
The BSX Index fell 1.89 points (0.1 percent) to 2,102.76. Volume was 20,631 shares and turnover totalled $86,879.
The BSX Insurance Index of the Island's leading international insurance companies, was virtually unchanged on 799.57 points.
