Bermuda Commercial Bank Holdings Ltd. has announced that its listing of more than 100 million shares has been approved by the board of directors of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.

Listing of the 103,642,984 ordinary shares of no par value each and trading on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange is expected to take place by the end of this month.
