BSX lists two new share issues

Two new listings were made on the Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.The Listing Committee of the BSX announced the approval of the 25,000 ordinary shares and 25,000 Class A shares each with a nominal value of AUD$2 of Myall River Downs Pty Ltd.It also approved the listing of 50,000 ordinary shares and 50,000 Class A shares each with a nominal value of AUD$1 of Crighton Properties Pty.

Two new listings were made on the Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The Listing Committee of the BSX announced the approval of the 25,000 ordinary shares and 25,000 Class A shares each with a nominal value of AUD$2 of Myall River Downs Pty Ltd.

It also approved the listing of 50,000 ordinary shares and 50,000 Class A shares each with a nominal value of AUD$1 of Crighton Properties Pty.

Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Ltd. sponsored the listing of both Australian incorporated companies.

The issue were introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange, which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability standards as defined by the BSX.

Myall River Downs is the holding company of a property development group, whose projects are located in New South Wales (NSW), Australia, and the group is undertaking two projects in Tea Gardens, NSW.

Crighton Properties is the holding company of a property development group, whose projects are located in NSW. The group's primary focus is the development of a chain of retirement villages in New South Wales, however it also has significant interests in residential developments.
