Common shares listed on BSX

has announced the listing of its existing common shares and new units on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Each unit represents one common share and a warrant to purchase one-third of a common share.

The company said the Bermuda Stock Exchange is recognised as an attractive, open market for the listing of securities and international investment funds.

First Ecom.com chief executive officer Greg Pek said: "We are pleased to have an opportunity to strengthen our ties to Bermuda by listing our shares and new units. "The BSX will provide a market for non-US persons to trade in our new units which were issued outside the United States.'' First Ecom.com is a global provider of electronic payment processing, and provides secure, easy-to-implement and low-cost online payment processing services to merchants and banks worldwide.

Through strategic partnerships with banks, Internet Service Providers, e-commerce product suppliers, system integrators and storefront solution providers, First Ecom.com will process credit card transactions made over the Internet in multiple currencies, either domestically or offshore in a tax-neutral jurisdiction.
