"In today's hectic world people need to take time out. And we have also found that empty-nesters, people who have raised children together and now are living along for the first time in decades, as well as couples that have never had children, need to, at times work on their relationships."

The couples retreat will assist couples increase intimacy, playfulness and sexuality, as well as teaching new communication skills and helping people understand their partner's communication style. The aim is that while on a relaxing holiday, enjoying good food and days in the spa, a couple will be able to learn more about each other with the help of a relationship coach.

But the new programmes aren't just for couples. Dr. Schwartz will also be assisting in retreats for women only that will help women appraise where they are now and consider where they want to be. Topics will include personal wellness, relationships, career and work assessment.

The third retreat aims to provide a relaxing environment which will help personal growth. The aim is to help provide people with a new outlook on life during a short period of time.
