Investors will be able to get an insight into the future of the global economy at a meeting hosted by Capital G Investments Ltd. and Schroders tomorrow.

The event, which will be held at the Elbow Beach Hotel at 5.30pm and is open to Capital G clients and the public, will include guest speakers Joel Schaefer, CEO of Capital G Investments and Keith Wade, chief economist of Schroders of London.

The pair will focus on current market events, global economic indicators and offer a view of possible outcomes.

Visiting guest speaker Mr. Wade will speak to attendees about the US credit crunch and housing weakness and the economic slowdown that is spreading to Europe and Japan.

Mr. Schaefer said: "At this time, the markets are clearly volatile and the public is concerned about the security of their investments.

"I will also be addressing the importance of asset allocation in the current market climate.
