KeyTech has announced it will not be authorising any more sales or transfers of shares from Bermudian to non-Bermudian shareholders.

The utilities company made the announcement to the Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday after reaching the maximum number of shares that can be sold to non-Bermudian interests under Bermuda law.
