Peter Martin has resigned as resident representative of the New Castle Market Neutral Offshore Fund Ltd., the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announced on Friday.

Mr. Martin, a partner at Mello Jones and Martin, resigned as a director of the fund, effective January 6 this year.

The fund's listing has been suspended by the BSX following the arrest of one of its directors Mark Kurland, who was arrested in New York earlier this month in connection with an insider trading investigation.
