been laid in the Supreme Court in the matter of Troy Starr Ltd., the company which reportedly runs the club, by Brunswick Co. Ltd.

The lawyer for Brunswick Co., which owns the Brunswick Mall where Odyssey is located, refused to comment on whether the writ is for a winding up of Troy Starr Ltd. or for the collection of money owed.

Odyssey was opened in January 1997 by Tracy Tucker and his father Clarence Tucker. Tracy Tucker hit the news this month when he was arrested in the Dutch Antilles for allegedly possessing a stash of cocaine.

A number of writs has been laid against Troy Starr. In April Bermuda Air Conditioning Ltd. filed a writ against the company, Saurkraut Ltd., and Clarence Tucker for $20,318. Saurkraut changed its name to Troy Starr last year.

The Bank of N.T. Butterfield and Son Ltd. filed a writ for $18,033 against the company in May. Artic Airconditioning and Refrigeration Ltd. filed a writ in the same month for $27,429.
