Paragon to open education centre

bounds. The company has added six new staff to its Bermuda-based operations in the last six months, is looking for three employees for new positions, and has launched an education centre.

"In our experience, well-planned education and training are critical to successful technology implementation and acceptance,'' Paragon managing director Graham Pearson stated in a press release. "You can build or buy the best computer application on the planet, but if your users aren't properly prepared, they'll resist using it and they won't accept it. By opening this education centre, we are in a position to help our clients make the most out of their technology investments.

The service will include skills assessment, industry-standard training for Microsoft and Lotus products, customised courses based on client needs, and skills certification.
