Rasoulis takes on MJM corporate role
Mello Jones & Martin has appointed Anthony Rasoulis as its newest associate in the corporate department.
Mr. Rasoulis brings a background in securities, and mergers and acquisitions to an experienced team that advises on all aspects of corporate and business law.
As a corporate associate, he will specialise in the areas of securities law, investment funds, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Mello Jones & Martin, Mr. Rasoulis held associate positions in the Calgary, Alberta offices of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Parlee McLaws LLP.
His interests include travelling, golf, running and scuba diving and he is also fluent in Greek and proficient in French.
Mr. Rasoulis began his career in law after graduating from Concordia University with a BA (Hons) in 1998, before attending the University of Alberta, where he obtained a bachelor of laws under a Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation Scholarship in 2002, and was then admitted to the Alberta Bar, by the Law Society of Alberta, in 2003.
