Graham Simmons has been appointed to the position of general counsel of Key Management Services, a member of the KeyTech Group of Companies Ltd.

Mr. Simmons was previously legal counsel of the Ace Group of Companies in Philadelphia, and was also an associate at both Hollis & Co. and Appleby Spurling & Kempe in Bermuda.

He is licensed to practise in Bermuda, New York and St. Vincent.
