For the year ended December 31, owner, operator and developer of television and radio stations in the emerging markets of central and eastern Europe, lost $30 million, or $1.55 per share, compared to an $18.7 million, or $1.28 per share, loss in 1995.

Year revenues were $136 million compared to $98.9 million while total station operating costs and expenses rose to $85.1 million from $52.5 million.

Operating income fell to $10 million from $22.3 million. In the fourth quarter, the company reduced its net loss to $2.9 million from $6.8 while operating income rose to $13.2 million from $7.7.
