Belco Holdings Ltd. fell 25 cents (1.51 percent) to $16.25 on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The utilities company traded 1,000 shares.

But Argus Group Holdings Ltd. rose 45 cents (6.87 percent) to $7, as 1,000 shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank also traded 70,600 shares, but its value held firm.

Overall, the Index increased 12.47 points (0.62 percent) to 2,012.73, with 72,600 shares worth $270,350 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index, meanwhile, was up 0.02 percent at 814.69.
