Mixed day on BSX

The utilities sector was down, but transportation was up on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.
KeyTech Ltd. fell $2.95 (22.7 percent) to $10.05, with 5,094 shares traded, while Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. rose 45 cents (8.9 percent) to $5.50, as 2,300 shares changed hands.
Butterfield Bank (1,396 shares), Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd. (1,300) and BF&M Ltd. (1,000) also traded, but their share prices all held firm.
Overall, the Index transacted 11,090 shares worth $105,769.75 to close down 72.67 points at 2,747.98.
The BSX Insurance Index also dropped 15.56 points (2.14 percent) to 710.82.
