OBM International's board of directors has announced the appointment of Tim Peck as chairman of the company.

Mr. Peck, who has a 30-year career with the firm, will lead OBMI's business portfolio, which includes master planning, hospitality design, residential and commercial architecture and interior design.

The veteran architect will also oversee the company's seven global offices in Bermuda and the Caribbean.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Peck was OBMI's CEO for the Caribbean region, where he oversaw operations and business development as well as providing his expertise on site analysis for developments in the Caribbean region, in addition to being responsible for managing OBMI's expansion into Sub-Saharan Africa.

Mr. Peck succeeds the late Baudilio Ruiz.
