Premier International Ltd. has announced the resignations of Lynda Milligan-Whyte and Quinton Edness as directors and Arthur Hodgson as secretary of the company, with effect from 27 May, 2010.
The company has appointed Jozef Charles Hendriks and Ayotola Jagun as new directors, with effect from July 13, 2010.
Mr. Hendriks is the founder and chairman of Harbour Fiduciary Services Ltd. and Harbour International Trust Company Ltd. He was formerly the managing director of Global Asset Management in Bermuda with responsibility for legal and tax services for the group. Mr. Hendriks is currently director and chairman of several offshore funds. He is also a director of Capital G Ltd. amongst other Bermuda and international companies.
Ms Jagun is a qualified lawyer and corporate secretary with more than 15 years of corporate and commercial law and compliance experience. She was formerly senior corporate, risk and control manager at Citigroup in Bermuda and currently serves as a director of several Bermuda exempt companies.
The company has also appointed Harbour Fiduciary Services as secretary of the company and has advised that the registered office for Premier International changed to Thistle House, 2nd Floor, 4 Burnaby Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda, with effect from July 13, 2010.
Premier has announced the resignations of Waterstreet Corporate Services Ltd. as the company's registrar and transfer agent and LOM Capital Ltd. as listing sponsor.
The new registrar and transfer agent of the company effective from July 23, 2010 is Harbour Fiduciary Services In addition, Capital G BSX will act as its new listing sponsor, with effect from July 13, 2010.
