RAM to delist Nasdaq shares

RAM Holdings Ltd. announced it will voluntarily delist its shares from the Nasdaq Global Market, with the Board of Directors expected to approve the move under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The Board decided to delist the shares based on a number of factors, including the low trading volume and market capitalisation of the shares, the limited analyst coverage of the shares and as a preliminary step to suspending the company's obligation to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
