NEW YORK (Bloomberg) - Willis Group Holdings plc., the third-largest insurance broker, extended the contract of CEO Joseph Plumeri until July 2013.

His previous agreement was set to expire in April 2011, the London-based company said on Friday in a statement distributed by Business Wire.
