Logic closes Burnaby Street store
Logic Communications will be consolidating its operations with the opening of its new customer care centre in the KeyTech Building on Victoria Street at the start of next month.The company announced that it would be closing the doors of its Burnaby Street store on Saturday July 30 at 2pm and opening the new outlet on Monday August 1.The new store, which will be located on the ground floor, will feature a number of new extras which will be unveiled at the official launch on Monday August 22.No staff will be affected by the move, Logic said.“Customers wishing to open or change account details, needing technical support or paying bills should make their way to the new building beginning August 1,” said Diana Winfield, head of marketing and customer operations at Logic.“We are thrilled to be able to offer a few fun innovations but customers will have to wait until the official opening.”KeyTech has been renovating the floors of its building over a number of years, with the space previously being used by Bermuda Telephone Company service centre representatives prior to their move to St Johns Road over five years ago. It was also used as a staff lunch room.Contact information for the new store will remain the same but the hours will change to Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and closed at weekends. Logic’s customer call centre is open on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm for assistance.
