The top executives from one of the largest spirits companies in the world acted as bartenders, serving up cocktails to the crowd at a fundraiser for CADA (Centre for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention) on Wednesday night.The fundraiser kicked off Bacardi’s 150th anniversary celebrations and marked the start of the company’s Corporate Responsibility Month.Funds raised go to CADA’S Training Intervention Programme (TIPS), which is a skills-based training programme for bartenders and restaurant staff designed to prevent underage drinking and drink driving.The Bacardi executive bartenders raised $1,800 for the TIPS programme.“It is an important initiative that has our full support.
