The press release added that she is an active leader in industry organisations, having served on several not-for-profit boards and as President of the International Association of Claim Professionals as well as the Association of Professional Insurance Women.The reinsurer also announced that Joan deLemps will assume the role of chief risk officer, also reporting to Mr Charman.
