Global insurer PartnerRe has declared dividends on a range of shares for the period June 1, 2013 to August 31, the company announced today.The dividends are payable on September 3, 2013 to shareholders of record on August 23, 2013 as follows: $0.40625 per share on the Company’s 6.50% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, $0.453125 per share on the Company’s 7.25% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, and $0.3671875 on the Company’s 5.875% Series F Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.
