HAMILTON, Bermuda — 30 July, 2014 — LOM (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: LOM.BH), has announced that at a special general meeting of the Company held today, the shareholders of the Company approved that the name be changed to LOM Financial Limited with immediate effect.
