KeyTech and insurers lift BSX

Rises in the share prices of KeyTech Ltd, BF&M Ltd and Argus Group Holdings Ltd drove the Island’s stock market higher this week.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed 9.22 points, or 0.65 percent, over the five days of trading. A total of 80,525 shares traded, while turnover topped $227,000.
KeyTech was the biggest climber, gaining 25 cents, or 5.9 percent, to close on $4.50, as 4,500 shares changed hands.
Argus gained 15 cents, or 3.8 percent, as 17,100 of its shares traded and ended Friday on $4.15. Fellow insurer BF&M gained 50 cents, or 2.8 percent, to close the week on $18.50 as 500 shares changed hands.
Butterfield Bank saw trading activity, with 55,925 of its shares changing hands, but its share price remained unchanged on $1.99.
