Only Butterfield Bank shares traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange today.

A total of 9,000 of the bank’s shares, worth $14,490, saw the bank close one cent (0.62 per cent) up at $1.61.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 4.46 points (0.38 per cent) at 1,178.96.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 15.86 points (1 per cent) at 1,594.86.
