An automobile dealer will tomorrow stage a roadshow to showcase its range of vehicles.

Auto Solutions, main dealers for a total of seven car makers, will have around 25 vehicles on display, as well as food stalls and a DJ.

Island vendors will also race remote control model cars around a mini racetrack.

Harry Andrews, the firm’s general manager, said: “We’ll have a bunch of cars down there, some for test drives and some for display.”

And, in addition to discounts on selected vehicles, Auto Solutions will be offering $1,500 off vouchers and a free six-month service for quote requests on cars not already discounted.

Mr Andrews said: “We’re trying to make a day of it. It will be a good event and give people a good idea of what we have available.”

One of the stars of the show will be the 2017 Suzuki SX4 S-CROSS, with a $3,500 discount available on the outgoing model.

The event will be at the Number 1 car park on Hamilton’s Front Street from 10am to 3pm, with test drives on some cars available from 11am to 3pm.

Mr Andrews said: “It will be great exposure with all the traffic passing by.

“We haven’t done an event like this as Auto Solutions yet, so it’s about time we did something like this to show off our products.”

The company is the main dealer for Volkswagen, Suzuki, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Honda and Hyundai.

Some cars, pickups and vans from Suzuki and Hyundai will be on offer with discounts ranging from $2,500 to $5,000.

Mr Andrews said the Auto Solutions showroom in Pembroke would be closed for the day.
