Four move forward with real estate company
A Bermuda real estate agents has moved four administrators into the front line as real estate agents.
Rego Sotheby’s International Realty has moved Allison Settle-Smith from agency administrator to rental agent looking after both short and long-term rentals.
Ziria Noriega Steinhoff a property management administrator, will continue in her present role, but may double up as an agent, listing and showing properties.
Rachael Correia has moved from receptionist and administrator to become an agent in the firm’s commercial department.
And Ben Rego, son of company president Buddy Rego, has gained a real estate licence and moved from marketing co-ordinator to sales associate, focusing on residential property sales.
Mr Rego, who started his career at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty in Boston in its marketing department, said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed the work I have done in the marketing department and it has been incredibly helpful working alongside the RSIR agents and understanding their different approaches to selling or funding a home.
“I look forward to utilising my marketing expertise to benefit my clients.”
Penny MacIntyre, a partner in RSIR, said she was encouraged by the new crop of sales agents.
