Real estate brokers and agents are invited to attend an outreach session tomorrow afternoon. It is being hosted by the Bermuda Government’s Superintendent of Real Estate at the Cathedral Church Hall on Church Street, starting at 2pm.

Topics of discussion will include summary findings of the national risk assessment impacting the real estate sector; an update on implementation of AML/ATF supervisory framework in real estate; international typologies and indicators for real estate; and suspicious activity reporting obligations and how to report to the Financial Intelligence Agency.

There will also be a question-and-answer session on implementation of AML/ATF obligations for real estate brokers.
