Tracey Spevack has joined law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman as head of Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda).

Mrs Spevack will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and management and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Before joining Conyers, Mrs Spevack was company secretary and head of company secretarial for M&G Investments, a fund group in the UK, having prior roles as head of company secretarial for an international law firm, as well as in-house roles in the banking, investment/ fund management, defence and healthcare industries.

She has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate services professional and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
