Tucker’s Point is producing virtual home tours for buyers interested in its properties.

It said the virtual tours are a way of adhering to social-distancing measures in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The goal is to ensure inquirers receive a “seamless experience”. While the Tucker’s Point team is not offering in-person tours at present, the virtual walk-throughs illustrate the type of lifestyle that awaits buyers.

Buddy Fleming, director of real estate sales and marketing for Tucker’s Point Real Estate, said: “Real estate virtual tours have become a fitting and effective method for prospective buyers. Although we’re looking forward to the day when we can conduct tours in person, virtual tours are vital to keep our industry engaged and progressive.

“When our offices closed, we created virtual tours and walk-throughs to showcase our properties and illustrate the lifestyle that Tucker’s Point can offer.

“The virtual tours have proven to be an impactful way to share our real estate with the world and stay in touch with our current client base.”

The Tucker’s Point team is still available to discuss current offerings, along with its services and amenities.
