Government lists $1.35bn of debt on BSX

The Bermuda Government’s new $1.35 billion of debt bonds have been admitted for listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
The debt is split evenly between ten-year and 30-year maturity senior notes.
There is $382,105,000 of 2.375 per cent 144A senior notes, and $292,895,000 of 2.375 per cent Reg S senior notes, both sets due August 20, 2030.
In addition, there is $391,596,000 of 3.375 per cent 144A senior notes, and $283,404,000 of 3.375 per cent Reg S senior notes, both sets due August 20, 2050.
The listing sponsor was Ocorian Securities (Bermuda) Limited.
