Sanderson joins BeesMont Law
Barrister Peter Sanderson, has joined law firm BeesMont Law Ltd as senior litigation counsel.
Mr Sanderson appears regularly before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and specialist tribunals, and has also appeared before the Privy Council in London.
Before joining BeesMont, Mr Sanderson was head of litigation at Benedek Lewin. He advises on areas of law including immigration and nationality, contract and employment disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, criminal liability and traffic offences, child protection matters, property disputes, boundaries and easements, judicial review of government decisions, constitutional challenges to legislation, discrimination and human rights, and personal injuries.

Mr Sanderson acts as an arbitrator and mediator in various matters. He is also able to provide expert evidence of Bermuda law for foreign proceedings and act as an Examiner for the taking of depositions.
