Terceira earns international recognition

Bermuda’s Nicky Terceira has been named on the 2020 Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 list.

This list recognises real estate professionals younger than 30 who are among more than 94,000 agents affiliated with approximately 3,000 offices in 43 countries and territories.

It honours the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started the company aged 24 and 28, respectively.

Mrs Terceira, 28, is real estate assistant to the Brian Madeiros, chief executive officer and president of Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty. She has been affiliated to the company since 2016.

She was honoured for her “consistent marketing initiatives and positive communication style which directly affected her professional achievements”.

In addition, the award recognised her role in the community which includes being a Trunk Island Weekend Warrior volunteer through BAMZ, and being involved in the Bermuda Fry-Angle Aquarium Society and the Bermuda Volleyball Association.

The Coldwell Banker organisation will honour Mrs Terceira at the 2021 Generation Blue Experience in New York City.

Mr Madeiros said: “Nikki consistently demonstrates that she has authentic passion for what she does and for the real estate industry in general. It has been a real pleasure watching her develop her real estate career in a very focused and disciplined way.

“We are grateful that Nikki is an integral part of our team and we look forward to working with her as she continues to develop both personally and professionally.”
