(BUEI) and the Bermuda Zoological Society (BZS) present aspecial lecture by Dr. Robert Gagosian entitled: Abrupt Climate Change ? Should we be worried? Dr. Gagosian it the president and director of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), the largest private, independent marine research facility in the US. The topic ofhis lecture will be the oceans? role in abrupt climate changes in the North Atlantic, and the possibility of severe winters or even an ?Ice Age? in the not so distant future.
