Debra-Lea Bell has completed the Master of Arts Degree programme in Business Management with emphasis in Organisational Security/Asset Protection Management. The MA was completed through Webster University.

Mrs. Bell will participate in the annual commencement ceremony at the St. Louis, Missouri campus May 8, 2004.

Mrs. Bell is presently employed at an exempted insurance company on the Island.
