And unless Windjammer gallery owner Susan Curtis can secure a new contract, her gallery on King Street could be forced to shut down permanently.
The Royal Gazette has learned that although a lease on a neighbouring building which the gallery intended to extend into had been secured, negotiations on the current property are not finalised.
Although it is not known when the current lease expires, it is understood that, unless Ms Curtis can find a new home for her paintings or buy up the existing property, the gallery could close for good.
