Organisers have put together a hectic programme of activities at St. Paul AME Centennial Hall between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
It will include songs by the Dellwood Choir, performances by the Empress Menen Dance Troupe, Pembroke Community Drum Corps and the Uniquely Combined Drill Team, and poetry readings.
There will also be a recitation of the "I have a dream'' speech to mark the late Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday.
