Child Aid is hoping that every man, woman and child in the Island will contribute at least one dollar to "help relieve the suffering and starvation'' of Somalian and Yugoslavian children. Donations can be made to the Child Aid account at any of the three banks.
A minute of silence to acknowledge the plight of these children of war will take place at 1.00 p.m. sharp on December 9 on the steps of Hamilton City Hall.
