NEW, HIGH QUALITY DRIVERS' LICENCES TRA New, high quality drivers' licences The Transport Control Department has begun issuing new drivers' licences which are "a lot easier to read''.
"Over the years the department has had a number of complaints about the printed information on drivers' licences not being able to be read,'' TCD director Mr. Donald Dane said. "We discovered that this was caused by the old dot matrix printer.
"We have now installed a new system which uses a high-quality laser printer and a camera that takes four exposures at a time instead of two.
