Bermuda finished 100th out of 102 countries at the 30th Men's Chess Olympiad, which finished this week in Manila, Philippines.
Bermuda gained 18 points with their lone victory coming over Palestine, 21 -11 . The team was also credited with two default victories.
Russia won the championship with 39 out of a possible 56 points. Uzbekistan were second on 35 and Armenia third on 341 . The United States were fourth with 34 points.
Georgia won the women's title with 301 out of a psossible 42 points.
