"Oleanna'' for its next theatrical production at the Daylesford Theatre.

The show will run for one week from July 12 to 17.

In the show, a communication mix-up between a professor and his students leads to a shocking battle. The characters soon find themselves in the middle of a frightening battle over sexual harassment, miscommunication and a struggle to gain power over the other.

The cast includes Thomas Saunders who plays the college professor, John, and Kate Huntington in the role of his student, Carol.

This riveting and provocative exploration of sexual harassment is being directed by Carol Birch who has appeared in roles both for BMDS and Gilbert & Sullivan. She is also the artistic director for Triangle Theatre. The show is being produced by Cynthia Yeomans.

Mrs. Birch said: "Thomas and Kate have risen to the occasion through hard work and skill.

"The most difficult things we found in doing Mamet's play was the very natural dialogue which consists of over-lapping conversation and broken sentence fragments which are now part of our daily lives,'' she added.
