RED CROSS APPEAL FNR Red Cross appeal The Bermuda Red Cross has launched a cash appeal in aid of the victims of the recent Turkish earthquake.

The funds collected will be used to support the Turkish Red Crescent relief operations and purchase regionally, urgently needed relief items like water, blankets and tents.

ART GOES GREEN ART Art goes green The Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard is hosting a new show with a natural theme.

"Up the Garden Path'' is a juried members show that will be on display at the West End arts centre until September 24.

Artists were asked to explore the subject matter of botanical nature or delve deep into their creative spirits and use natural materials to reflect the natural theme.

The centre is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 234-2809.
