introduce two new popular sports channels.

SpeedVision , offering much in terms of live racing events, and the multi-faceted Fox Sports World , which has soccer, rugby and cricket among its staples, will both be available as part of the basic package.

Jeremy Elmas, general manager of the local company, explained the additions came as a result of requests made by the viewing public.

"We listen to what customers want from their cable service,'' said Elmas.

"We are introducing these channels based on feedback we have received and look forward to hearing more comments when we send out our customer survey.

" SpeedVision and Fox Sports World are two very popular sports networks that we are confident our customers will enjoy. We will continue to find new ways to improve the programming selection available to our cable subscribers.''
