the television magazine Fast Forward airs on VSB.

In the first segment of a two-part series, Fast Forward's young reporters will "comprehensively'' cover the possibility of a second daily newspaper, the history of the Bermuda Sun, and The Royal Gazette editor Mr. David L. White's response to claims of perceived bias by the newspaper, coordinating producer Mr. Ayo Johnson said.

The half-hour programme will also try to show "the human side of people working in the media'' through interviews with former ZBM-TV anchor Mrs. Ceola Wilson Bell and Mr. John Burchall of The Royal Gazette who both have advice for aspiring journalists.

Hosted from the offices of The Royal Gazette , Fast Forward will air at 8 p.m.

A rerun of the show can be seen on Friday at 6.30 p.m.

Part two of the series, which will include more on the electronic media, a continuation of Fast Forward reporter Glenn Jones' interview with Mr. White, and possibly an interview on the Bermuda Times and local deejays, is scheduled to be shown two weeks later.

Fast Forward is a community-oriented television programme put together by an group of 12 young people, including executive producer Mr. Rotimi Martin, producer Miss Angie Parris, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Jones, and Miss Zahra Jabbar.

They meet weekly at noon on Sundays and at 4.30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Department of Youth and Sports' boardroom. People interested in taking part are welcome to attend.
