Fourways Inn, in Paget, has been given Wine Spectator's `Best of Award of Excellence 1998' for the restaurant's wine list.

General manager Gerry Ivers said the award topped off a tremendous year for the restaurant.

"This crowns a year in which we have had excellent reviews in international publications including Cigar Afficianado, Bon Appetit, Country Accents, The Sunday Times (London), The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Toronto Star.'' Mr. Ivers added that the restaurant's head wine steward Claudio De Riz and his colleagues were all delighted with the news.
