Harbour Nights goes country
staged special grand finale events in St. George's and Hamilton.
Tourism and special events coordinator for the Chamber Ms Rhonda Joy said she was very excited about the entertainment programmes for both nights.
Last night, St. George's ended its Harbour Nights with an entertainment troupe from the cruise ship Royal Majesty , an oldie goldie review at 8.30 p.m. and a performance by the Gombeys at 9.30 p.m.

"The grand finales are our way of thanking our supporters, retailers, participants and the community.'' Tonight's Hamilton finale, "Country and Western Night'', is sponsored by the Bank of Bermuda.
"Shopping gets underway at 5 p.m. and radio host David Lopes will be there to start the festivities at 7 p.m. People will be dancing in the streets to the sweet country sounds of the new "Travellers,'' bank protocol officer Ms Elizabeth Ward said.
"The Bermuda Boot Scooters will also be performing and Mr. R. Ferguson will call the square dances and help dancers with the steps.'' The Bank of Bermuda will be awarding several prizes in different categories for best western dress.
"Everyone can then head on down to Albouy Point to enjoy a fabulous display over the harbour.''
