Mrs. Lightbourne Clarke completed the programme thorough Webster University.

She is the first of a group of ten students to graduate from the Bermuda campus with the degree.

Mrs. Lightbourne Clarke has worked for ACE for the past five years. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
