HEAL THE WORLD! -- The Michael Jackson song filled the air outside the City Hall yesterday as scores of youngsters in national costumes opened the "week of the young child'' on a high note. VIPs at the ceremony included deputy premier the Hon. Ann Cartwright DeCouto, Hamilton Mayor the Wor. Cecil Dismont, Education Minister the Hon. Gerald Simons, and the Rev. Canon James Francis. Among activities laid on this week are story-telling in Victoria Park, a workshop for teachers and parents, and a party at Government House.

Organisers are the Bermuda Association for the Education of Young Children.
