Today, a lot of young people just want to get away from home and a lot of them don't do enough together. When things go wrong, they don't give (marriage) a second chance. When things went wrong, we would make sure and talk them out. Most people who got married around the time I got married are still together. "I think we put up with a lot more than the kids of today.
